[NYCInfoLaw] 3/25: RG Lives! The National Broadband Plan

With apologies for the short notice, Columbia Law School will host an
NYCInfolaw Reading Group tomorrow on the recently released National
Broadband Plan. The Plan is over 300 pages, so we'll work off the 6 page
executive summary. The other reading is also snippet length, so I encourage
you to at least take a look.
