   Pascal Kamina will visit Cardozo to discuss Basics and Current
   Developments in European Union Film Protection as part of the Spring
   2010 IP Speaker Series. Professor Kamina's lecture will cover general
   considerations on the protection of films in the EU and, from there,
   will concentrate on practical issues relevant for international
   co-productions or the exploitations of films abroad. Lunch will be

   A panel of copyright scholars will visit Cardozo to commemorate
   the 300th anniversary of the enactment of the Statute of Anne.
   Panelists will discuss the history of Great Britain’s first copyright
   act, and its influence on the development of US and international
   copyright law. Panelists will include Peter Jaszi, American
   University; Daniel Gervais, Vanderbilt, and Christina Bohannon,
   University of Iowa. Reception to follow in the lobby. RSVP to
