INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MISUSE:  COPYRIGHT V. PATENT
 MARCH 3, 2010 @ 7PM

When can (and should) antitrust tools be used to limit   intellectual
property protections? We'll discuss both patent and copyright misuse
doctrine and consider whether the Federal Circuit's Princo v. ITC signals a
new willingness to expand the patent misuse doctrine. What are the policy
implications of using antitrust to restrict intellectual property?
