Hi Everyone,
Just a heads up on the NYCInfoLaw reading group next week at Cardozo. Topic
and readings below.
Word on the street is that we may get beer.
*NYCInfoLaw Reading Group: International Internet Regulation*
*Tuesday April 13, @ 7PM, Room 211, Cardozo Law School, 55 Fifth Ave.*
The Internet's global scale means that there are as many different
approaches to regulating it as there are countries. Recent disputes over
privacy in Italy, censorship in China and discord over ACTA provisions have
highlighted these tensions. Can we ensure that the Internet remains a
reliable global tool without compromising the differing values of
participating countries?
