This program will examine the latest trends and developments regarding
protection and use of trademarks over the Internet. Topics will include: (1)
strategies for enforcement of trademark rights against online infringers and
counterfeiters, (2) guidelines for using ‘adwords’ and behavioral
advertising on the Internet and (3) a roundup of recent rulings and
decisions to watch regarding intellectual property protection and use on the
Internet.
