Observers have said that President Obama has the opportunity
to "remake the FCC." But will the Supreme Court and Congress have

COPYRIGHT INTERMEDIARIES

The 2009 Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts
symposium is titled "Copyright Intermediaries: Inviting or Averting
Infringement?" Ninth Circuit Judge
Alex Kozinski will be the keynote speaker, and preeminent law faculty
and practitioners from around the nation will partake in panel
discussions debating the evolution of secondary liability in
copyright, Section 512's merits and flaws, and the issues raised by
filtering.
