Hola,

For the next installment of the mighty Reading Group, we'll be reading  
that paragon of Fourth Amendment decisionmaking, In re Directives,  
which you can find at http://www.uscourts.gov/newsroom/2009/FISCR_Opinion.pdf 
.  I'll try to send out a set of background sources and comments on  
the opinion before the RG; in the meantime you should bone up on the  
Patriot Act and the Keith case (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_v._U.S._District_Court 
).

When: 6:30 pm, Tuesday February 17
Where: Furman Room 110, 245 Sullivan St. (just below W. 4th)
