[NYCInfoLaw] RG See (NY)U Next Tuesday

 I think there's enough meat to the paper to spark a good debate. Yes, it's
very meta, but this is after all the "ultimate" discussion group. We might
as well take up cyberscholarship as a whole; its methodology, its
theoretical underpinnings, the accuracy and usefulness of its insights.
Plus, it will be a nice break from the  more political focus of our regular
discussions.
