This is probably waaaaaay too meta, but I thought Jon Penney's
'understanding the new virtualist paradigm' was a nice, short recap of
the ebb and flow of cyberscholarship.

That said, (1) very meta (2) I think possibly quite wrong? but of
interest nonetheless; for the supernerds in the group I strongly
suggest reading it (only 11 pages!) for arguments at Drinking Group.
