        The long awaited decision on business method patent
        eligibility, In Re Bilski, issued from the Federal Circuit on October
        30, 2008. Going far beyond the patentability of business methods, the
        Court in Bilski articulated what processes are patent eligible subject
        matter under 35 U.S.C. § 101. At this interactive session, counsel for
        the IPO (whose amicus brief proposed the standard adopted by the
        Federal Circuit) and other patent prosecutors and litigators discuss
        the meaning of Bilski and the future of process patents claims (and
        related system and article of manufacture claims).  More information
